Reviews
Ill like to give helen a good review, i called ahead to see if there was any good cologne for men. She informed me of the options. 10 out of 10 services from her .
Be careful going in this store. Was an absolute disaster zone. Not only a mess but completely unorganized as well. And then there was an extremely annoying, very loud, beeping sound that an employee said was their security system when I asked about it. The only good things about the store were the very nice cashier's and the prices they had on brand name shoes and purses. Example: ladies Reebok running shoes $24.99.
Never know what you'll find in here! Department store items with reasonable prices. Great selection of candy and import snacks.
It's my all-time favorite clothing store. I can always get high-end brand names for very low prices!
It was ok but there was nothing there barely anything in the store it kooks like they r closing up
I found a lot of cute cheap stuff here when I first came to this place really cool weird stuff too lol buuuut y'all really gotta look around like realllllly look around but you won't regret it❤️
The place is getting better. The displays are well stock and not as crowded asnit used to be great improvements of service and also have the latest trends
You can get some good deals here, but there inventory changes a lot, it is a "salvage" place after all. Before 2020, we used to buy and resale a lot of sports shoes from here. People are friendly, the place could be a little cleaner, but it's just dust..
Lots of High end ladies shoes. Not much selection for men. Clean and well stocked.
I am NOT a CUSTOMER of this chain and WILL NEVER BE!
Ross' must experience a very high rate of theft that merchandise returns are only approved with a valid driver's license and register receipt. I attempted to EXCHANGE 2 outfits my 6-yr-old son received as gifts.
The buyer purchased 'Slim Straight Fit', which would never fit my athletic built child. I presented the receipts given by the original purchaser along with my valid identification as requested BUT three items were denied because they were not on either receipt.
Ma'am, I'm sorry I've never been in Ross' before. I'm only attempting to exchange the items. Why is my drivers license necessary if I've presented the receipts and only store voucher (credit) would be issued. "That is our store policy." I took her word! My err. I failed to abreast myself of their return policy because it is not Ross' policy (see attached). When asked if the card used to purchase items could be refunded, "No". I accepted this too, however it would have been more customer friendly to point out that today is the 31st day after original purchase.
Hindsight, it infuriates me to realize I was presumed to have stolen the items not appearing on the receipts or that even after informing the cashier before the transaction began I had never been to Rosses but would give it a try. I purchased 2 additional items with the exchanged item that are definitely being returned before the close of business today. I had to even ask her what was the paper card (their voucher) for and she remained silent. So I stood there and read it.
Yet, I was willing to let all that go until recalling how the other checker turned her register light off and only chose to serve other white customers. Yes, she deliberately turned the light off and on, picking and choosing which customers to serve.
If zero stars were an option, then that would more accurately represent my rating!
